Bazmatu is a job board MVP that allows candidates to browse jobs, apply to jobs, and create and manage a candidate profile with CV information. Companies can create job postings, review applications, manage company profiles, and manage employee accounts.

This service is currently intended for demonstration and educational purposes. It is not a final production recruitment platform.

You may use the platform as a candidate, a company owner, or a company employee.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity performed through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating or updating your account, profile, company profile, job postings, applications, and employee accounts.

Candidates are responsible for the information they provide in their profile, applications, and CV information.

You should not provide false, misleading, unlawful, harmful, or sensitive information that is not necessary for a job application.

For demo use, do not upload real confidential documents.

Companies are responsible for the job postings they create and for how they review applications.

Companies must not post misleading, discriminatory, illegal, harmful, or fake job listings.

Company users must only access candidate information for legitimate recruitment-related purposes inside the platform.

Company owners may create employee accounts with different roles.

Employees must use their access only for the company they belong to and only within their assigned permissions.

Recruiter and viewer permissions may limit access to employee management, company profile editing, job management, and application review features.

Job postings may include title, description, salary, location, company information, and application data.

Candidates may apply to jobs, cancel pending applications, and view application status.

Companies may review, accept, reject, or reset application status depending on their permissions.

The platform does not guarantee that a job posting will lead to employment or that an application will receive a response.

Candidates may provide structured CV information such as headline, education, experience, skills, languages, location, and links.

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they provide.

Do not include false, misleading, confidential, or third-party information without permission.

Companies may view candidate profile and CV information in connection with job applications.

This platform is an MVP and may contain bugs, temporary limitations, or incomplete features.

The service may be changed, interrupted, or removed at any time during development or demonstration.

The platform processes account, profile, job, application, employee, and CV information to provide its core features.

For a real public launch, a separate Privacy Notice and personal data processing disclosure should be prepared.

The platform is provided “as is” for MVP and demonstration purposes.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, successful hiring, successful job placement, or accuracy of user-generated content.
